At HealVibe Ayurveda Kidney Care Unit & Ayurved Panchakarma Clinic, we strive to provide the best possible services and products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an appointment or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
- Appointment Cancellation Policy
- Patient-Initiated Cancellations:
- Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling:
- Patients can reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charges.
- Clinic-Initiated Cancellations:
- In rare cases, if we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, patients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Product Return and Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements:
- Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged, tampered, or used products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order details) is required for processing any refund or replacement requests.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, or herbal products.
- Digital consultations and online Ayurvedic treatment plans.
- Services once availed (including Panchakarma therapies and in-person consultations).
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the refund is delayed, customers can contact our support team for assistance.
- Shipping-Related Refunds
- If the product is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with images as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
